Ridgewater I...
...is a 51-lot subdivision in the southeast quadrant of Bend, OR. We have a self-governing Board of Directors comprised of five homeowners. Unlike many Homeowners Associations in Bend, we do not use a management company. The Board Members run the Association with the help of a bookkeeping firm, Peterman Inc. Our neighborhood has a good mix of young families with children and retired couples. Active, but fair, enforcement of our CCRs keeps Ridgewater a pleasant and attractive place to live.
Our traffic pattern is a series of closed loops and cul-de-sacs helping to eliminate thru traffic and maintaining a peaceful environment.
